Applying harder is not the problem.
Applying blind is.

Most international candidates do not need more applications. They need to know where to aim, and what to fix before they press send.

Be honest with yourself

Is this for you?

It is, if

  • You have professional experience and want to work in Ireland.
  • You are already applying in Ireland, or preparing from abroad.
  • You want a clear direction, not another list of generic tips.
  • You will run your own applications, with a plan in hand.

It is not, if

  • You want someone to apply to jobs for you.
  • You expect a guaranteed interview, job or sponsorship.
  • You need formal immigration or legal advice.
  • You want a live 1:1 call. Everything is in writing.

Before you decide

Questions, answered.

The IrishTalents tools are free. What am I paying for?

An expert's time. The job board and candidate tools stay free. The €299 pays for an individual review of your profile, a written strategy and action plan, and feedback while you use it.

What happens after I pay?

You receive a short intake for your CV, LinkedIn profile, career goal and search context. Once it is complete, your first notes arrive within 48 hours (business days) and your full written strategy within five business days.

Can I use it from outside Ireland?

Yes. Your location changes the focus: from abroad, the review looks at the Irish market for your field, plausible roles, profile gaps and how to prepare an international search. It does not assume sponsorship is available.

How many vacancies can you review?

Up to 3 vacancies in your initial review, chosen by you or matched to your goal. As you apply, the weekly feedback rounds help you adjust for new ones.

Will you rewrite my CV or apply for me?

No. You receive prioritised recommendations for your CV and LinkedIn and run your own applications. The service does not include full rewriting, job searching or introductions to employers.

Is there a meeting?

No. The review and follow-up are written and asynchronous: your strategy in the first week, then one feedback round a week for three weeks.

Can you confirm my permit eligibility?

No. Any permit overview is preliminary and informational. It is not a formal eligibility decision, a document review or legal or immigration advice.

Career guidance does not guarantee interviews, employment, sponsorship, a permit or an immigration outcome. IrishTalents is not affiliated with the Irish government. Any permit information is general information, not legal or immigration advice.
