A leading international financial institution is looking to hire an experienced Cash Management / Transaction Banking Sales professional to join its growing corporate banking team.

The role will focus on developing relationships across a portfolio of existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored cash management solutions.

The opportunity

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Take a consultative approach to understanding client requirements and structuring solutions
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers
• Coordinate with product, implementation, operations and other internal teams to deliver solutions
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell wider transaction banking products
• Keep up to date with market developments and competitor offerings

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in Cash Management Sales, Transaction Banking or a closely related area
• Strong knowledge of European and international cash management solutions
• Experience advising clients and structuring complex solutions
• Strong commercial and business development skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Credibility with senior clients and internal stakeholders
• Relevant third-level qualification
