Your client. Your placement. Our reach.
IrishTalents puts your open roles in front of international candidates researching a move to Ireland, and hands you the ones who qualify and say yes. The client, the interview and the placement stay yours.
Finding people is not the hard part. Finding them where you can work is
A role rarely stalls for want of applications. It stalls on the corridor, and none of it is visible in a CV.
- The qualification that does not transferThe experience is real and the credential is not recognised here. Nobody finds out until someone checks.
- The corridor you cannot assessNo partner you trust in that country, so you do not work it, whatever the applications look like.
- The route that does not cover the job titleEligible as a person, not eligible for this occupation. The applications keep arriving anyway.
- The permission running outHere today and available, and the clock says the start date does not fit.
Every one of those is knowable before anyone is screened. Finding out afterwards is where the week goes.
They screen themselves before they ever reach your inbox.
Filtering is where your hours go. They answer the permit route, the occupation code and the sponsorship history here, before you ever open the profile.
- 1
Diagnosis
Occupation, experience, English and the permission they hold today, on the record before you open anything.
- 2
Permit routes
They find out which routes their occupation qualifies for. The ones with no route stop here, not in your inbox.
- 3
Employers
They read who has actually sponsored, from permit records, so you are not talking someone down from a company that never has.
- 4
Licensed agencies
They look for the agencies working their sector. This is where your profile sits.
- 5
Roles
They weigh openings against what they now know they qualify for, so an application is a decision rather than a mass send.
- 6
Tracker
Applications and replies on one board. It is why they come back, and why the profile is current rather than a CV from last year.
Filter on the things that decide the role, not on keywords
A CV tells you what someone wrote about themselves. These are the fields the search runs on, and the shape a profile arrives in.
Where your roles show up once you are in
These are pages candidates already land on while researching sponsorship in Ireland. Your agency appears on them by name, and the traffic goes to your own application process.
This is not a decorative badge. In 2026 the search “recruitment agencies in ireland with visa sponsorship” brought 962 appearances and 141 clicks to the platform. People arriving that way land on this list, and the partner agency is the first name they see.

04
Candidate recommendations
Verified roles enter the recommendations and alerts candidates receive, not just the listings.

The questions agencies ask first
Is IrishTalents a recruitment agency?
No. IrishTalents holds no Irish employment agency licence, does not represent candidates, and does not contract with your client. Our side of the work stops at a qualified, consenting candidate handed to you.
What if a role still will not fill?
Then distribution is not the answer, and we will say so. We take a small number of named roles at a time and work them by hand: reading them against the candidate base, approaching people directly, qualifying against your requirements and getting consent before anyone reaches you. It is paid on outcomes and scoped per role, which is why it is a conversation rather than a plan, and why no fee for it is printed on this page.
Do we have to change our ATS or upload jobs manually?
No. Roles are read from the jobs page you already maintain. If that page changes, the listing follows it. Most agencies are live within a week of sending the URL.
Will you work with our competitors?
Both plans are open to any licensed agency, and placement on shared pages rotates fairly. Taking a sector off the table is a separate thing you can buy: one agency per vertical, quoted per sector, and while you hold it no other agency is placed beside your roles there.
Can you guarantee candidates for a role?
No. Permit records and candidate signals show which roles are worth working and which are not, but they do not create supply that is not there. Part of the free review is telling you which of your roles we would not take on.
What does the free review actually give us?
A read on which of your open roles look viable for international candidate distribution, which need sourcing before distribution makes sense, and which are not a fit for this audience at all. No commitment attached.
Send us the jobs page you already maintain
No integration, no upload, no commitment. We read your open roles against the candidate base and reply with which ones this audience can move on, and which ones we would not take on.
- You send one URL. We do the reading.
- You get a written read on your roles within two working days.
- Nothing is charged until you decide a level is worth it.
