Is the Application Tracker free?
Yes. The tracker is a free candidate workflow surface. You create a free candidate profile and open the tracker from your private workspace.
Does it import applications automatically?
No. The current tracker is intentionally manual. You add or select an application, then update its status and notes as your search progresses.
Can I search my applications?
Yes. The current board supports searching by company name and city, as well as moving applications between the available status columns.
What does permit-history context mean?
Where available, an IrishTalents company record may show historical employment-permit activity. That is a research signal from past records, not proof that the company is hiring now, will sponsor you, or has a suitable role today.
Does the tracker send reminders or follow-ups?
Not currently. It helps you organise and update your own pipeline. Email import, automated reminders, stale-application detection, and automated follow-up actions are not part of this free surface.
Can other people see my applications?
The public page does not collect application rows. Your tracker is part of your authenticated candidate workspace, where you manage your own application context and notes.
