What you'll achieve
As a Transportation & Fulfillment Operations Graduate, you will be responsible for helping to get Dell products delivered to customers — ensuring visibility and smooth delivery or return of products within the supply chain. You will work with Fulfillment & Logistics providers and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day logistics operations, focusing on cost, speed, and quality .
You will
- Support order routing and lead-time maintenance, ensuring shipment quality meets Dell standards through ongoing analysis and monitoring
- Identify opportunities to improve the supply chain, assist with resolving escalations, and help lead the day-to-day operational aspects of transportation and fulfillment — including implementing and executing process changes
- Monitor Fulfillment & Logistics provider service levels and key performance indicators, holding logistics partners accountable to standard operating procedures
- Manage backlog and capacity at fulfillment locations, including exception management such as expedites, order prioritisation, and delivery escalations

Essential Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
- Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems, following standard practices and procedures to analyse situations and data
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow guidelines, manage tasks with general instruction, and work to defined procedures
- Good communication skills with the ability to exchange and present factual information clearly to team members and partner organisations
- Proficiency in sustainable and ethical usage of AI tools
Desirable Requirements
- Previous exposure to transportation, logistics, supply chain operations, or order management (through coursework, projects, or work placement)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, reporting, or logistics/supply chain systems
