Travel Coordinator – 6-month contract.

About this role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Travel Coordinator to support a busy corporate environment in Dublin. This role will be responsible for coordinating employee travel, supporting office operations, and helping to deliver a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination

  • Book and coordinate employee travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation using the company’s travel platform
  • Manage travel changes, cancellations and travel-related queries
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements for interns, new hires and business visitors
  • Arrange airport transfers and other travel logistics
  • Maintain accurate travel records and support travel reporting where required

Office Operations & Reception Support

  • Welcome visitors and assist with front-of-house duties
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and meeting setup requirements
  • Manage incoming post, deliveries and courier services
  • Ensure office supplies, refreshments and workplace essentials are adequately stocked
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment

Employee & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees, including office orientation and logistical support
  • Help create a positive and welcoming workplace experience
  • Support internal events, team activities and employee initiatives

Administration & Vendor Coordination

  • Process and track travel-related invoices and expenses
  • Liaise with travel providers, accommodation partners and other external vendors
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and basic reporting
  • Assist with additional office and coordination projects as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, travel coordination, office support or a customer-facing environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable learning and using new systems and technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment
