Wills and Probate Solicitor Job Type: Full-time Location: Dublin 2 Salary: Competitive Join our expanding team at a prestigious law firm as a Wills and Probate Solicitor. We are seeking an experienced professional with at least five years of post-qualification experience in handling wills and probate cases to completion. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, adept at managing client relations, and capable of handling a busy caseload independently. Day-to-day of the role: Advise private clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters. Handle the making of wills, including providing estate planning advice. Administer estates and set up and manage trusts. Register Enduring Powers of Attorney and apply for Decision-Making Representation Orders. File Capital Acquisition Tax returns and draft and advise on Family Partnerships. Manage caseloads from initial instruction to completion, including post-completion work. Collaborate with the Litigation team on contentious probate disputes. Participate in business development and networking activities as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in private client wills and probate cases. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with high organisational skills. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage client relations. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
