Accounts Receivable Specialist – FMCG – Blanchardstown, Dublin HireForce is working with a successful and growing FMCG business based in Blanchardstown, Dublin, to appoint an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Control professional to join a successful business and take ownership of the customer ledger within a busy finance environment. Working closely with customers, sales and the wider finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts, managing outstanding balances and ensuring cash is collected efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function Raise and process customer invoices and credit notes Allocate customer receipts and maintain accurate customer accounts Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Monitor aged debtors and follow up on outstanding balances Manage customer queries relating to invoices, payments and account balances Liaise with internal sales and commercial teams to resolve account issues Prepare regular aged debtor and cash collection reports Assist with month-end close and AR reconciliations Process journals and adjustments as required Support VAT and other finance-related reporting Maintain accurate customer records and credit information Identify opportunities to improve credit control and AR processes Assist the wider finance team with ad-hoc projects when required About You Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role Experience managing customer accounts and reconciliations Confident dealing with customers and internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail Good Excel skills Proactive approach with the ability to work independently What's on Offer Competitive salary and hybrid working policy Permanent position within a successful FMCG business Supportive and collaborative finance team Strong career progression opportunities If the role isn’t for you, If you are happy with the level of service you’ve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place your friend.
