You will manage end-to-end air export shipments, liaise with airlines and overseas partners, and ensure smooth shipment coordination from booking through to delivery. Ideal for someone with strong freight forwarding experience who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full end-to-end air freight export operations Prepare export documentation including AWBs, customs paperwork, and invoices Coordinate with airlines, overseas offices, customers, and suppliers Track shipments and resolve any operational discrepancies Ensure compliance with customs and industry regulations Review supplier invoices and assist with CASS-related queries Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the shipment process Requirements 2–4 years’ experience within Air Export Freight Forwarding Strong knowledge of customs procedures and export operations Experience working within the freight forwarding/logistics sector Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail For a confidential conversation about this opportunity or others in the market, please contact Nicola Murphy.
