About this role

The Role…. Asset Management Engineer (CHP Operations) – REF: 2625 We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Asset Management Engineer to join a high-performing CHP (Combined Heat & Power) plant supporting a major brewing operation in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on exposure to live industrial energy operations while developing technical, operational, and project management experience in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will work directly with the Site Manager and play a key role in plant operations, asset performance monitoring, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement projects across the CHP facility.

An example of some of the responsibilities for the role are

Support the day-to-day operation and performance monitoring of CHP assets Assist in managing plant performance reporting, KPIs, and operational documentation Preparation & implementation of planned operations & maintenance schedules Assist with troubleshooting plant and process issues across mechanical and electrical systems Coordinate and supervise specialist vendors and contractors on site activities Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and permit to work systems Design and implementation of process improvement projects Working knowledge of plant systems including turbines, boilers, pumps, valves, controls and SCADA systems. The location for this role will be in Dublin 8.
