Assistant Financial Controller - International Funds Organisation - Dublin Exceptional Opportunity for a Big 4/Top 10 Trained Accountant HireForce is working with a leading international funds organisation to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller for its Dublin finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified ACA (0-3 years' PQE) looking to move into industry and gain broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, group finance, regulatory reporting, and business operations within a highly successful international organisation. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll become a key member of the finance team, supporting the financial management of a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional business operating across global markets. The Role

Key responsibilities include

Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual management accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Prepare journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end reporting Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities Assist with group consolidations across multiple international entities Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings Coordinate the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors Produce financial analysis, reporting packs, and business performance insights About You ACA qualified with Big 4 or Top 10 audit training 0-3 years' post-qualified experience Audit experience - ideally funds Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical ability Advanced Excel skills with a keen interest in finance systems and automation What's on Offer Competitive salary, bonus, pension, health insurance and more Hybrid working environment Exposure to international finance and multi-jurisdictional operations Broad role with excellent learning and development opportunities Clear progression within a growing global organisation If you're a recently qualified accountant looking to make your first or second move into a broad finance role within a dynamic international financial services business, we'd love to speak with you confidentially.
