Bar Manager.

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar Manager for one of our established clients in Co. Dublin. Your main responsibilities in this Bar Manager role will be to oversee daily operations, staff management, and training while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Also to manage inventory, budgets, cost control, implement promotions to drive sales, and handle guest relations, ensuring smooth, profitable, and high-quality bar operations. REQUIREMENTS 4-5 years of Bar Management experience required. Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training, scheduling, and performance oversight. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring full compliance. Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Ability to plan and implement promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales and enhance the venue’s reputation. Experience working in a high-volume bar environment operating daily from 4:00 pm, including weekends and public holidays. PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive salary of €50,000 – €60,000 Per Annum depending on experience. Tips & Gratuities. Free parking.
