About this role
Join a well-established Building Maintenance Division as a Building Maintenance Coordinator, where you'll coordinate reactive maintenance and minor works from initial instruction through to completion and invoicing. Working closely with Contracts Managers, Schedulers, in-house tradespeople and specialist subcontractors, you'll ensure maintenance jobs are allocated efficiently, clients are kept informed, and projects progress smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator with experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Construction who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
