Our client is a leading provider of pension, retirement, and investment solutions, supporting financial advisers and brokers across Ireland are presently recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the development of their intermediary network throughout Munster. This is a high-profile opportunity for a commercially driven financial services professional to take ownership of an established territory, strengthen broker relationships, and drive growth across a comprehensive range of pension and investment solutions. Working remotely and reporting to senior leadership, you will develop and execute a regional growth strategy, expand assets under management, and enhance the company’s presence within the adviser community. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop existing broker and financial adviser relationships across Munster. Identify and secure new intermediary partnerships to drive business growth. Increase market penetration across pension, retirement, and investment products. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Deliver technical and commercial support to brokers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments. Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and broker meetings. Provide pipeline, market intelligence, and performance updates to senior management. Candidate Requirements QFA qualified is essential. Minimum 5years’ experience in business development, intermediary sales, or relationship management within pensions, investments, or wealth management. Strong technical knowledge of pension and investment products. Proven track record of achieving commercial targets. Full clean driving licence is essential.
