Roles & Responsibilities Review ITT documentation and prepare preliminary civil designs (earthworks, drainage, access roads, structures, compounds). Assess civil engineering risks (ground, flooding, services, environment) and define risk allowances. Develop Civil Design Scope of Works and coordinate with designers and contractors. Collaborate with estimators and electrical teams to align civil and electrical requirements. Support programme and resource scheduling; attend site visits as needed.
Pre-Construction / Design Phase
Support project handover from Estimating to Operations. Coordinate with consultants and review civil designs for compliance and optimisation. Attend design meetings and liaise with designers/contractors to ensure site readiness. Assist in preparing subcontract packages and ensure adherence to client systems and standards. Provide civil engineering support during construction. Manage changes to civil works scope, assessing risk, cost, and quality impacts. Support temporary works reviews and conduct site visits/audits for compliance. Review as-built drawings and verify completeness of civil works records. Check H&S file submissions from designers/contractors.

Relevant 3rd level qualification. 2+ years post graduate experience
