Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) in Killaloe, Clare to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON), the CNM will manage day-to-day nursing operations, support staff, and ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, supporting performance and professional development. Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and resident assessments. Ensure medication management and clinical practices comply with HIQA standards. Conduct audits, monitor hygiene, and support risk management initiatives. Promote teamwork and effective communication across the clinical team. Engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
