Key Responsibilities
Compile and manage monthly, interim, and final valuations, including payment applications, cost/value reconciliations, and financial assessments for contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers Supply accurate and timely data to support ongoing reviews of cash flow and overall performance Work alongside the Procurement team to appoint subcontractors for packages under their oversight Thoroughly review contract documentation and identify any discrepancies or potential issues Prepare and negotiate interim and final valuations in line with agreed timelines, liaising closely with client representatives Finalise and agree contract accounts for completed work sections, ensuring all variations and adjustments are accounted for Maintain detailed records relating to any contractual delays or disruptions
Requirements
Chartered or undertaking steps to become chartered with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) Background in construction/civil engineering projects, with exposure to residential/commercial works INDSD
