Integrity Operations Analyst (SQL) Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | 11-month contract | €71,000 per annum pro rata I'm working with a global technology company that is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join a team responsible for supporting the launch and scale of new products across areas including AI, emerging technologies and digital safety.
What you'll be doing
Building and maintaining SQL queries, reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance. Analysing operational data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement. Taking ownership of projects, tracking timelines, risks and deliverables across multiple workstreams. Supporting the launch of new products by configuring workflows, testing new features and helping establish scalable operational processes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve policy enforcement, quality and operational effectiveness. Turning data into actionable recommendations that improve user experience and operational performance.
Essential experience
Proven experience within Trust & Safety, Integrity Operations or Content Operations. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and modify complex queries independently. Experience managing operational or cross-functional projects from planning through delivery. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being developed. Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics to drive decisions and process improvements.
Nice to have
Content moderation, policy enforcement or quality assurance experience. Experience with workflow testing or systems improvement initiatives. Tableau, Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
