Conveyancing Legal Executive.

Legal Executive Location: Dublin City Centre, Temple Bar, office based Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Join a well-established, reputable law practice in the heart of Dublin. We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to handle a variety of tasks with a strong emphasis on residential conveyancing. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to multiple areas of practice including commercial work, probate, and wills. Day-to-day of the role: Progress residential conveyancing matters, including drafting sale contracts, progressing loan drawdowns, and post-completion registrations. Handle first registration applications to Tailte Eireann and other related tasks. Manage office responsibilities including document management and supplier communications. Work independently under appropriate supervision on conveyancing files and contribute to other practice areas as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent typing and computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems (experience with Keyhouse is beneficial). A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record in client care. Strong work ethic and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in conveyancing and familiarity with Land Registry and Registry of Deeds is highly advantageous. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
