Corporate Sales Manager – Hotel Sector Location: South Dublin Salary: €47,000 + 10% yearly Bonus Overview A leading South Dublin hotel is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate, conference and group business. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and increasing revenue through proactive sales activity. Key Responsibilities Develop new corporate, conference and group business opportunities. Proactively cold call and meet prospective clients to generate new revenue streams. Promote and sell the hotel’s facilities, accommodation, meeting rooms and event offerings. Work towards agreed weekly targets for appointments and business development activity. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts. Conduct site inspections and host prospective clients at the hotel. Attend networking events, trade shows and industry functions. Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends. Track lost business opportunities and identify future sales potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national businesses. Work closely with operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel sales, hospitality sales or Hospitality business development role. Proven ability to win new business and achieve sales targets. Strong experience in cold calling and proactive business development. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Full clean driving licence and own transport are essential. Package & Benefits Salary €47,000. 10% Annual Bonus. Mileage / Driving Allowance.
