Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: South City Dublin (on luas line) Salary: Attractive Base Salary +Performance Bonus Contract/Hours of Work: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9am-6pm Working Model: Hybrid Working (2 office days / 3 remote after probation) Interviews: WC 7.9.2026 and Start Date: 16.9.2026 We’re growing our Customer Experience team and are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our expanding operation in Dublin. What you’ll be doing
Supporting customers across phone, email, and digital channels Handling customer queries, account updates, and service requests Delivering a positive customer experience on every interaction Working toward team service goals and quality standards Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail
What we’re looking for
