Digital Brand Manager - FMCG / Food Dublin | Hybrid Working | Permanent An established and rapidly growing international food business is looking for a Digital Brand Manager to take ownership of its digital brand presence across Ireland, the UK and wider European markets. Operating across both retail and foodservice, the business has a significant portfolio of chilled and frozen food brands and products, including poultry, breaded products, seafood and convenience foods. With revenues of approximately £150m and ambitious plans for continued growth, this is an opportunity to join a substantial FMCG business where digital marketing is becoming an increasingly important part of how its brands connect with customers and consumers. This is not a traditional Brand Manager position heavily centred around packaging and NPD. The emphasis is firmly on digital brand building, social media, content and influencer marketing. You will own and develop the digital presence of the company's brands, creating engaging campaigns and content while working with customers, influencers, agencies and internal commercial teams. As Digital Brand Manager, you will
Develop and deliver the digital marketing and social media strategy across a portfolio of FMCG food brands. Manage brand presence across key social media and digital channels, including LinkedIn and relevant consumer platforms. Create, brief and manage engaging digital content, including social posts, campaigns, video, photography and branded creative. Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, identifying relevant creators and building partnerships that increase brand awareness and engagement. Work with external creative, digital and social media agencies from briefing and concept development through to campaign delivery. Collaborate with retail and foodservice customers on joint digital and social campaigns, helping maximise the visibility of products and brands. Build content calendars and manage the consistent delivery of organic and paid social content. Support new product launches and wider brand campaigns through digital-first activation. Work closely with sales, commercial, product and marketing colleagues to translate commercial priorities into compelling consumer-facing campaigns. Track digital campaign performance, engagement and audience growth, using insights and analytics to continually improve content and campaign effectiveness. Ensure brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards remain consistent across digital channels. Identify emerging social media, content and influencer trends and bring new ideas into the business. Support digital brand activity across Ireland, the UK and European markets, adapting campaigns and content for different audiences where required. What we're looking for We are particularly interested in people with experience across digital marketing, digital brand management, social media or consumer marketing, ideally within an FMCG, food, beverage or consumer brand environment.
You should bring
Experience in a Digital Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Social Media Manager or similar digital-focused marketing role. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy and digital campaign management. Hands-on experience developing engaging branded content for digital and social channels. Experience working with influencers, content creators or influencer agencies. Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn a brand or commercial objective into compelling digital content. Experience briefing and managing creative, digital or social media agencies. An understanding of paid and organic social media and how each contributes to brand growth. Confidence using digital analytics and campaign data to understand what content is working and why. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with commercial teams, customers and external partners. An interest in food, consumer behaviour and the continually evolving digital landscape. Experience within FMCG, food & beverage or consumer brands would be particularly relevant, although we are open to strong digital marketers from adjacent consumer sectors.
