What's on Offer Salary up to 50k DOE Pension and benefits package Long-term career progression within a growing Irish contractor Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects Modern office based in Swords with a strong team culture The Role Manage all project documentation using the company's document management system Ensure drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence are accurately controlled and distributed Maintain document registers and revision histories Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure documentation is up to date Assist with project administration and reporting requirements Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and project standards Archive completed project documentation in line with company processes What You'll Need Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction or engineering industry Strong knowledge of document control procedures and document management systems Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple project stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects while building a long-term career within a supportive and expanding team.
