As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our HR team as an Employee Experience Designer or Co-ordinator Working with the Employee Engagement & EX Manager, you’ll combine design thinking, insight, communication and hands-on coordination to improve key moments that matter, deliver engagement and wellbeing programmes, and support priorities across our People Strategy. Why this role? You’ll work on varied, high-impact projects that influence how colleagues experience Musgrave every day. It’s an opportunity to build broad experience across employee engagement, communications, culture, insight, wellbeing and experience design—while making a visible, practical difference across the business. What you’ll be doing Design and improve key employee experiences Support onboarding, re-onboarding, offboarding and other moments that matter so colleagues feel welcomed, connected and ready to perform. Turn employee voice into insight and action Support our Active Listening Roadmap by supporting the design and delivery of surveys, conducting interviews, analysing feedback and working with stakeholders to improve the colleague experience. Bring health and wellbeing to life Create and coordinate engaging campaigns, events and activities that supports our Health and Wellbeing agenda including wellbeing events, webinars, toolkits, promotional content, prize administration and measuring participation and impact Support culture, values and customer focus Contribute to programmes that help colleagues understand and connect with Musgrave’s brands, values and customers. Create clear, engaging colleague content Design presentations, communications and resources for internal and retail audiences including posters, toolkits, FAQs, survey communications, SharePoint content and learning or onboarding materials Coordinate programmes and projects Manage timelines, meetings, stakeholders and delivery partners, keeping actions and deadlines on track across multiple workstreams. Collaborate across the business Work with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Resourcing, Communications, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity and other partners to deliver joined-up experiences. Keep delivery running smoothly Provide practical and administrative support, including invoice and budget coordination, event logistics, supplier liaison and maintaining project information, while bringing fresh ideas and external good practice to the EX-agenda What we’re looking for A relevant qualification or experience in HR, business, communications, marketing, research, service design or project coordination. · Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and cross-functional relationships. · A clear, warm and approachable communication style, with a flair for writing, presenting and creating engaging content for different audiences. · Confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint and Excel; experience of Canva or similar design tools is essential. Previous experience working in an HR, I&D, Culture or Internal Communications team. What’s nice to have Confidence collecting, analysing and presenting employee feedback and insight; experience of surveys, interviews, workshops or design thinking would be an advantage. · Creativity, curiosity, discretion and a practical mindset, with a genuine interest in employee experience and continuous improvement Why Musgrave?
