Finance Manager - Energy Sector - Blanchardstown HireForce is working with a rapidly expanding Irish energy company to recruit a Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious business that is investing heavily in sustainable infrastructure and supporting Ireland's transition to a greener future. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the finance function across multiple operational sites, working closely with both senior management and operational teams to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities will include

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting across multiple entities Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting to senior management Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes Partner with operational teams to improve profitability, monitor costs, and drive efficiencies Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial controls Support capital expenditure projects through financial reporting and investment analysis Coordinate year-end audit, statutory reporting, and tax compliance activities Develop and enhance financial reporting processes, systems, and internal controls Provide commercial and financial support on strategic projects and business initiatives Mentor and support junior finance team members where required About You ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified 3+ years' post-qualified experience in industry or practice Strong background in financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with operational stakeholders Experience within energy, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or utilities is desirable.
