Finance Manager - Multi-Entity Environment - Dublin City Centre HireForce is working with a successful Irish group to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a broad, hands-on role with responsibility across multiple group companies. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and the day-to-day finance function while supporting a range of business projects. Key responsibilities include

Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities Manage month-end close, journals, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and oversee treasury activities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Coordinate the year-end audit and statutory reporting process Ensure VAT, corporation tax, and other compliance obligations are met Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvements Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers, and professional advisors Support company secretarial matters, financing activities, acquisitions, and other ad hoc projects Provide financial reporting and analysis to support senior management About You Qualified Accountant 2+ years' PQE Strong experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting Previous exposure to multi-entity or group structures is desirable Excellent understanding of Irish compliance and statutory reporting requirements Highly organised with strong analytical and communication skills Candidates trained in a small or medium-sized accountancy practice, or those with broad SME finance experience, are particularly encouraged to apply What's on Offer Competitive salary Broad, hands-on finance role with genuine ownership Exposure to a diverse group of businesses If the role isn’t for you, If you are happy with the level of service you’ve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place your friend.
