Financial Accountant - Family Office - Dublin Excellent First Move from Practice HireForce is working with a successful and privately owned Family Office in Dublin to recruit a Recently Qualified Financial Accountant. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Recently Qualified Accountant looking to make their first move into industry. Working directly with an experienced Finance Director, you'll gain exposure well beyond a traditional financial accounting role, with involvement across financial reporting, investment accounting, commercial analysis, tax, and strategic projects. The organisation manages a diversified investment portfolio across multiple sectors and continues to expand through new acquisitions and investments, making this a varied and commercially focused opportunity. The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will become an integral member of a small, high-performing finance team, gaining broad exposure across the finance function. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting Assist with tax compliance, including VAT and corporation tax Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights to management Support investment reporting and group accounting activities Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners Drive finance process improvements and automation initiatives Assist with ad-hoc projects, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives About You ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualified accountant Recently qualified (0–2 years' PQE) Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge Excellent Excel and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Commercially minded with a proactive approach Ambitious and keen to broaden your experience beyond traditional accounting What's on Offer Excellent salary and comprehensive benefits package Hybrid working Broad exposure across investments, finance, and commercial projects Direct mentoring from an experienced Finance Director Excellent long-term career progression within a growing organisation Collaborative and supportive working environment This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant seeking a varied, commercially focused role where you can develop quickly and gain exposure that would not typically be available in a larger corporate environment.
