Foreman Location: Sligo Company: Main Contractor A leading Main Contractor based in Sligo is seeking an experienced Foreman to join there growing site team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-quality developments across Sligo. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate multiple trades on busy residential construction sites Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme Maintain high health & safety standards and site compliance Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues efficiently Ensure materials and labour are effectively managed Requirements 5+ years' experience in a foreman or supervisory role within residential construction Experience working on large-scale housing or apartment developments Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling (essential) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
