General Operative.

We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join a growing manufacturing business in Killarney, Co. Kerry. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidates. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with the production and finishing of high-quality building products. Operate machinery and equipment safely following training. Assemble, package, and prepare products for dispatch. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Support colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily production targets. Requirements Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a similar environment is beneficial but not required.
