Kilkenny Sector Commercial truck and trailer dealership Positions 1 Salary €40,000 to €44,000 Contract Full time, permanent Permit Employment permit sponsorship available for the right candidate About the role Busy commercial workshop covering all makes of trucks and trailers, Scania in particular. What you will be doing Service, diagnose and repair HGVs, trailers and plant Engine, transmission, brake and hydraulic work Prepare vehicles for CVRT or MOT and rectify failures Electrical and diagnostic fault finding Accurate job records and reporting Diagnostics and fault-finding repairs Auto electrical work including wiring repairs and fitting accessories such as spotlight bars and reverse cameras Routine maintenance and inspections What you need Time served HGV or plant mechanic Confident on air brake systems and hydraulics Diagnostic experience on modern commercial vehicles Own hand tools Full driving licence. An HGV licence is an advantage Able to work under pressure to deadlines Able to work on own initiative Fluent spoken and written English Full clean driving licence, truck licence a bonus What we offer Permanent, direct employment with the hiring company.
