HR Business Partner / People Partner | Hospitality Dublin City | €60,000-€70,000 Looking for a HR role where you can genuinely influence the business? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, premium hospitality group for an experienced HR Business Partner / People Partner to support operational leaders across multiple Dublin locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, building strong relationships and confidently leading complex employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're looking for a traditional five-day week or better work-life balance through a four-day week, the business is open to discussing both options for the right person. The Role You'll partner with operational leaders across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: Leading complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and investigations Advising and coaching managers on Irish employment law and HR best practice Managing ER cases through to conclusion, including WRC preparation where required Supporting organisational change, engagement and performance initiatives Building trusted relationships with managers while providing confident, commercial HR advice About You

You'll ideally bring

Experience as a HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing complex cases independently Exposure to WRC cases and Irish employment legislation Experience partnering with operational leaders in hospitality, hotels, retail, foodservice or another fast-paced, multi-site environment The confidence to influence, challenge and coach managers where appropriate Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels What's on Offer €60,000-€70,000 depending on experience Hybrid working Dublin city location Opportunity to join a recognised hospitality employer with a strong people-first culture A broad, autonomous HR role with genuine business partnering responsibility If you're looking for your next HR opportunity within a dynamic operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.
