HR Manager — Limerick & Cork Permanent | Hybrid | Multiple Locations Our client, a leading global medical device manufacturer with sites in both Limerick and Cork, is seeking experienced HR Managers to join their teams. Reporting into the site leadership and partnering closely with directors and people managers, you'll act as a trusted HR business partner, providing expert guidance, driving employee relations outcomes, and using data-led insights to shape a high-performing, engaged workplace culture. What you'll do Act as a trusted HR subject-matter expert, advising managers and directors on people-related matters Interpret and apply HR policy consistently, with a strong grasp of employment legislation and compliance Lead and support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Use workforce insights and HR metrics to identify trends and inform business decisions Coach and influence managers on HR, engagement, and organisational effectiveness matters Deliver consistent, high-quality HR service in partnership with HR centres of expertise What you'll need Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (advanced degree an advantage) 6–8+ years' progressive HR experience, ideally in a complex or matrixed environment Strong employee relations and performance management experience Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal If you're an experienced HR professional looking for your next move within a global, high-performing manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
