Insurance Financial Advisory Manager (3-6 Month Contract) Location: Dublin | Hybrid (Typically 2 days per week, with flexibility) Salary: €75,000 – €90,000 (Pro Rata) + Benefits Are you an experienced insurance finance professional looking for your next contract opportunity? Our client, a leading global advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Financial Advisory Manager to join their growing Insurance FAAS team on an initial 3-6 month contract. Due to continued growth and increasing demand from insurance clients across Ireland and the United States, this team is expanding to support a wide range of finance transformation, financial reporting and advisory projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the industry’s leading insurers while gaining exposure to large-scale change and implementation programmes. The Role Lead the delivery of financial reporting and advisory projects for insurance clients. Provide technical accounting advice under IFRS and Irish/UK GAAP. Support finance transformation, process improvement and automation initiatives. Partner with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships. Lead project delivery, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines. Support and mentor junior team members. Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities with existing clients. About You Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent. Previous experience within the insurance sector is essential. Experience gained within Financial Advisory, Audit or industry finance. Strong technical financial reporting knowledge, including IFRS. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with finance transformation, IFRS 17 or large-scale implementation projects would be advantageous. Why Apply?
