Internal Communications Snr Associate - Global Tech Location: Dublin | Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH Salary: €95k - €108k pa We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire an experienced Internal Communications Associate to join its Dublin team. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create communications that inform, engage and connect a large and diverse employee community. What You'll Do Develop and deliver strategic internal communications campaigns. Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, narratives and communications. Create engaging content including talking points, presentations, video and digital communications. Lead communications for town halls, executive visits and key employee events. Support change communications and employee engagement initiatives. Advise and coach leaders on effective communications. Help strengthen culture and engagement across a large Dublin site. Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and sensitive communications. What We're Looking For 5+ years' communications experience in a fast-paced corporate, technology, media, agency or non-profit environment. Strong internal, employee or corporate communications experience. Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills. Experience working with senior leaders and executive communications. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience with employee engagement, events and change communications.
