Junior Car Sales Executive.

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Car Sales Executive to join their team at their main dealership in Tralee. This entry-level position is designed to support the Senior Sales Executives in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing and developing the dealership’s social media presence to help attract and engage customers. Key Responsibilities Assist Senior Sales Executives with day-to-day sales activities, including vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and customer follow-ups. Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Support the preparation of vehicles for display and maintain the presentation of the showroom and forecourt. Manage and grow the dealership’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content, posting updates, and responding to enquiries. Update online listings with accurate descriptions and images of vehicles. Assist in handling customer enquiries through digital channels, phone, and walk-ins. Carry out basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer records. Learn and develop product knowledge of new and used vehicles, finance packages, and dealership services. Contribute to achieving sales and marketing goals set by the management team. Candidate Profile Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a genuine interest in the motor industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Confidence using social media platforms for business and marketing purposes with solid IT skills. A full clean driver’s license is essential Previous customer service or retail experience is essential.
