We are seeking a Junior Legal Secretary to join our busy legal practice in Tralee, County Kerry. You will work closely with solicitors and the wider legal team, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support in a busy office environment. This is an excellent graduate opportunity for a motivated and organised individual looking to begin their career in the legal profession. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to solicitors. Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal correspondence and documentation. Managing emails, telephone calls and general client queries. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems. Diary management, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence. Opening, maintaining and closing client files in accordance with office procedures. Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, barristers, courts and other external parties. Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required. Working efficiently to meet deadlines in a busy legal practice. Essential Requirements Successful completion of a recognised Legal Secretary course is essential. Advanced IT skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and other office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
