About this role
Kitchen Surveyor / Project Coordinator CREGG are seeking an experienced Kitchen Surveyor / Project Coordinator to join our client’s growing team based in Roscommon. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid working arrangement, with the role primarily site-based across residential developments. Reporting to the Commercial Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will act as the key link between the design, production, delivery, and installation teams, ensuring kitchen projects are accurately surveyed, manufactured, and installed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out on-site kitchen surveys to confirm dimensions, layouts, and site conditions. Update technical drawings based on site measurements and project requirements. Prepare and hand over accurate production information for manufacturing. Coordinate kitchen delivery and installation schedules with site teams and contractors. Provide support and guidance to kitchen fitters throughout the installation process. Liaise with site foremen, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule. Identify and resolve site issues, measurement discrepancies, or installation challenges. Ensure kitchen installations are completed in line with company quality standards and customer expectations. Maintain clear communication between design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams. Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Commercial Contracts Manager. Assist in improving project coordination processes and operational efficiencies. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience within kitchen manufacturing, fitted furniture, cabinetry, or interior fit-out. Experience as a Cabinet Maker, Kitchen Fitter, CAD Technician, or similar trade would be highly advantageous. Strong understanding of site surveying, measurements, and kitchen installations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with basic CAD knowledge desirable (training can be provided). Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams. Full, clean driving licence. Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
