Legal Bookkeeper.

Bookkeeper Location: Dublin City Centre Job Type: Flexible, Full-time/Part-time Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to oversee the day-to-day financial operations within our fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality and can operate independently. Day-to-day of the role: Manage client and office accounts in compliance with relevant regulations. Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Process invoices, payments, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations. Liaise with solicitors and support staff regarding financial matters and queries. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. Support compliance with accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records. Assist with general office administration and operational support as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' bookkeeping experience, ideally within a legal practice or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger Management. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
