M&E Coordinator - South Dublin Project: Education projects - 18 months duration Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor In this role, you will divide your time between two education projects in South Dublin
Role responsibilities
Manage communication and chair weekly meetings between design teams and MEP sub-contractors to keep the project aligned. Track MEP sub-contractor progress against the master programme, identifying and reporting any variances immediately to management. Ensure sub-contractors deliver essential documentation, including coordinated drawings, procurement schedules, RFIs, and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections to verify that installations meet specifications and standards, addressing any non-conformities. Enforce H&S policies by reviewing method statements, ensuring safe work practices, and actively collaborating with the site H&S department.
Role requirements
Qualified in electrical/plumbing trades, or hold a degree in Building Services/MEP Engineering. Proven track record as a Site Chargehand or MEP Coordinator Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, MEP commissioning, and project-specific Health & Safety risks. INDNC
