About this role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, taking ownership of cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing activities. Key Responsibilities Measure work packages from drawings and prepare accurate pricing using applicable rates Manage project budgets under the direction of the Project Director Maintain clear and professional communication with the client Produce monthly commercial reports in line with company procedures Participate in monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings Resolve client and subcontractor issues in a timely and effective manner Prepare and submit claims and notices in line with contract requirements Track cost changes, prepare monthly valuations, and manage final accounts Skills, Qualifications & Experience 8+ years' experience in a comparable role Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying Strong organisational, communication, and time management abilities High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Data centre project experience is an advantage Benefits Opportunity to work with a market leader in the data centre sector Strong support for ongoing career progression Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and inclusive team culture Robust project pipeline with long-term opportunities
