Management Accountant - Family Office - Dublin HireForce is delighted to be working with a successful private family office in Dublin to recruit a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified or qualified accountant seeking a varied hands-on role within a well-established organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting activities across a number of entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities Maintain the general ledger and complete month-end close activities Perform bank, supplier and balance sheet reconciliations Process journals, accruals and prepayments Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare and file VAT returns and assist with other statutory compliance requirements Support cash flow reporting and treasury administration Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit files Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting About You ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or Accounting Technician qualified, part qualified, or qualified by experience.
