The Client
Our client, a leading banks in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manual/Automation Test Engineer to work in Dublin, Ireland.
What You’ll Love
This role is part of a long-term strategic project within the Bank, so this is an opportunity to work for the top bank in the country on a Permanent / Rolling Contract basis. The role offers a Competitive Day Rate and Hybrid working option is available.
What you are expected to have
7+ years’ experience as a Manual and Automation Test Engineer. Strong experience in API testing using RestAssured, Java (v21), Cucumber, Gherkin, Pact (contract testing), and Gatling (performance testing). Hands-on experience in UI automation using Playwright, with web and mobile application testing using BrowserStack. Experience using Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence. Experience across SIT, End-to-End, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing, including Security and Performance testing. Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies, acceptance criteria, and Jira. Experience working within cross-functional squads alongside Development, DevOps, and Release Management teams. Experience in the Finance/Banking domain, ideally with Savings Products. Proactive, confident team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.
