Talent Choice, in partnership with Sound Insurance, is exclusively recruiting for the newly created position of Marketing Manager. This is an excellent next step for a Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive with approximately 4 - 5 years' experience who is ready to take greater ownership and move into their first Marketing Manager position. Sound Insurance is a growing North County Dublin insurance brokerage with a strong presence in the SME market. Alongside Sound Insurance, the business also operates the JV Hutton brand, which is focused on the larger corporate market. With much of the marketing focus in recent years centred around Sound Insurance, there is now an opportunity to further develop both brands, with particular scope to grow the profile of JV Hutton within the corporate market. Reporting directly to the MD you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across the business, with a particular focus on SEO, LinkedIn, content creation and digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas, test new approaches and gradually take greater ownership of the marketing direction. The Role Managing marketing activity across both the Sound Insurance and JV Hutton brands. Developing the online presence and visibility of the JV Hutton brand, particularly through LinkedIn, SEO and relevant content. Creating and managing content across LinkedIn, social media, blogs, newsletters and customer communications. Planning and delivering targeted digital and social media campaigns. Developing and managing LinkedIn campaigns aimed at relevant SME and corporate audiences. Supporting SEO activity and identifying opportunities to improve organic search visibility. Segmenting the existing customer database and developing relevant communications and campaigns for different customer groups. Developing regular customer touchpoints through email, newsletters, content and digital activity. Supporting campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities, particularly within the corporate market. Using customer and campaign data to understand what is working and continually improve marketing activity. Working with the company's existing specialist PPC provider and coordinating activity across paid and organic channels. Working closely with the MD and key stakeholders to understand commercial priorities and translate these into practical marketing activity.
You will ideally have
4-5 years' experience in a broad marketing or digital marketing role. Strong hands-on experience with SEO and digital marketing. Experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn, websites, social media and email. Experience planning and running digital and social media campaigns. A good understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel. Experience with email marketing and customer segmentation. Some experience contributing to marketing plans or strategy, with an interest in developing this further. Confidence using marketing data and campaign insights to improve activity. Strong written communication and content creation skills. A proactive approach and the confidence to bring forward ideas and take ownership of their delivery. Experience within insurance or financial services would be beneficial but is not essential. What's on Offer Permanent, full-time position.
