CREGG Recruitment are looking for a Medical Device Production Operative in Parkmore, Galway. Our client is a medical device production company, looking for a person with previous experience in medical sewing/suturing. This is a full time temporary/seasonal role, with guaranteed 39 hours per week. Please find more details below.

Job description – Production Operative

Assembles product in line with company needs and ensures the quality of the builds. Suturing (previous experience in sewing/suturing/usage of needless – advantage). Clean room. Completes basic equipment maintenance and cleaning activities. Investigates any process problems, abnormalities or defects. Works with Operations Line Lead to ensure production goals are met. Performs incoming, in-process, final inspection, tests and audits per requirements. Assists with process/equipment validation and data analysis. Completes all necessary quality and other documentation.

Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00

Salary

€16.50 per hour

Job requirements – Production Operative

Minimum of 2 years of medical device manufacturing experience (cleanroom) or equivalent. Demonstrated experience with GDP & GMP standards. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Ability to perform a variety of tasks requiring dexterity and fine motor skills. Demonstrate a high level of initiative. Excellent attention to detail. Effective contributor with a light level of supervision. Proficient in the use of desktop software e.g. excel, word – computer literacy will be advantageous. Excellent level of English language, in both reading and writing.
