Facilitate clinical skills training, simulation-based learning, and competency assessments. Integrate evidence-based practice into all training materials and activities. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff. Provide one-on-one coaching to address performance gaps. Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development. Requirements BSc Nursing (required), MSc (preferred) RN license, 5–7 years clinical experience, 2+ in education Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in educational technology, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
