We are currently recruiting a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join the team at a Hospital in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist mental health setting, supporting adults with a range of psychiatric and rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions within a mental health setting Support service users in developing skills for daily living, independence, and community reintegration Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and social work Facilitate therapeutic groups and individual interventions Contribute to care planning and goal setting with a recovery-focused approach Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

Requirements for the Occupational Therapist

Degree in Occupational Therapy CORU registration (or eligibility) Experience working in mental health or a related setting desirable Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable Experience in adult mental health, rehabilitation, or inpatient settings Interest in group work and recovery-oriented practice Previous experience within a similar healthcare setting What’s on Offer Competitive salary aligned with experience Opportunity to work within a specialist mental health service Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing professional development opportunities
