About this role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Operations & Administration Executive to join our client in Tralee. This full-time role is responsible for managing all aspects of client holidays after the point of sale, ensuring every trip runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service. As a seasonal tourism business, this is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. From May to September, the working week will be Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. In return for weekend work during peak season, employees enjoy a four-day working week for four months during the off-season. Key Responsibilities Manage client bookings from sale through to holiday completion. Book accommodation, transport, and other travel services. Prepare holiday documentation and client information packs. Maintain accurate itineraries, CRM records, invoices, and payments. Manage supplier relationships and ensure seamless holiday delivery. Maintain financial and statistical records. Requirements Previous administration experience. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Team player with commercial awareness and self-motivation. Salary & Benefits €32,000–€39,000 per year (full-time, permanent).
