Paediatric Occupational Therapist We are recruiting for Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join a growing, neurodiversity-affirming multidisciplinary service. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a child-led, strengths-based and trauma-informed environment supporting neurodivergent children and young people.
The role will involve
- Providing neuro-affirming OT assessments and interventions
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, sensory and regulation needs
- Delivering individual and group-based therapy
- Working closely with children, families and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Providing parent coaching and family support
- Contributing to service development and team training
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Participating in CPD, clinical supervision and reflective practice
Requirements
- Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
- CORU registration or eligibility for registration
- Paediatric OT experience
- Experience working with neurodivergent children and young people
- Strong understanding of neuro-affirming, child-led practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
