Role – Parts Sales Advisor Location – Sandyford, Dublin South Working week – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Salary – €35,000 DOE An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Car Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy and growing aftersales team in Sandyford, Co. Dublin Overview This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of automotive parts who enjoys delivering excellent customer service to retail, trade, and workshop customers. Package Basic salary: €35,000, depending on experience. Performance bonus: Up to €5,000 per annum. Paid overtime. Pension and additional employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Identify and supply the correct parts to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers. Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to maximise workshop efficiency. Manage stock control, goods receipting, and inventory accuracy Deliver excellent customer service and maximise parts sales opportunities. Assist with parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Support departmental sales targets and profitability objectives. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department. Ideal Candidate Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales role within the motor industry. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales and customer service. Strong IT and administrative skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Full driving licence desirable.
