About this role

Job Title: Personal Assistant – Executive Support Location: Dublin City Centre Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) The Role We are looking for a high-energy, adaptable Personal Assistant to act as a true right-hand to two of our key Directors. This isn’t just a support role; it’s about being a proactive partner who can anticipate needs, master complex schedules, and keep the gears turning in a fast-paced environment. You will join a collaborative and supportive environment, working as part of a dedicated team of four other PAs to ensure seamless operations across the executive suite. Event Management: You’ll take the lead on organising high-impact gatherings, ranging from executive boardrooms to large-scale meetings for up to 500 people. Seamless Logistics: Whether it’s a complex international business trip or a local meeting, you’ll handle all travel logistics, itineraries, and subsequent expense management. Executive Coordination: You’ll ensure the Directors are always prepared by coordinating essential reports, preparing slide decks, and capturing key actions during high-level meetings. Office Integration: You’ll maintain the pulse of the office, managing modern conferencing facilities and data systems to keep the team connected and efficient. Who You Are Experienced: You have at least 2+ years of experience in a PA role Resilient: You thrive in “busy and pressurized” rather than just “managing” it, showing high learning agility and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice. A Connector: You have top-tier interpersonal skills, able to represent the Directors professionally when greeting visitors at any level of seniority. Committed: You understand the value of face-to-face collaboration; therefore, initial training will be conducted fully onsite to help you integrate quickly with the PA team.
